Nickel Alloy Flat Bars - Alloy 400 for engineering applications.

Alloy 400 is a high nickel content alloy, immune to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. It presents a superb corrosion resistance, especially in neutral and alkaline salts, It can be used in conjunction with hydrofluoric and acid fluorine. The alloy presents excellent mechanical properties in the temperature range sub-zero to 550 C. It displays excellent resistance to cavitation corrosion and sulphuric acid environments.

Applications: brine heaters, heat exchangers, pump and valve components, pipework and pipe spools, packed columns, salt production equipment, etc.
